It's not exactly opposing forces. Didn't certain banking institutions out of London help fund Hitler's rise to power, and Hitler's inspiration for a grander Germany was the British Empire. It's more like a G vs. E illusion, though I'm sure Winston Churchill was oblivious to all that, or was he? America and wall street had a great deal to do with Hitlers rise to power too, so I personally wouldn't say it was the ultimate victory of good vs evil. It was more like the incrementalist Fascist were fighting against the Nazi Fascist, and a whole lot of innocent people got needlessly killed as a result, and of course each side thought the other was evil. Interesting submission though to say the least. Perhaps you should incorporate an image of Hitler in there to further enhance the subject.
On more of a technical note, great work on the shading, it's good to see some good old fashioned traditional work. Best of luck in the competition.
